Your application and information

Lenders, offers and approvals
Financing decisions are made by the applicable lender or financing provider, not by NorthAxis Capital.
A lender may approve, decline, modify, withdraw or condition an offer based on its own underwriting criteria, policies, verification procedures and risk assessment.
Any financing amount, rate, factor rate, term, payment schedule, security requirement, guarantee requirement, fee or other term is subject to the applicable lender’s final documentation.
No guaranteed approval
Completing an application does not guarantee that financing will be available.
Terms may change
Preliminary indications or offers may change after underwriting, verification or lender review.
Lender documentation controls
The final written agreement with the lender governs the financing transaction.
Independent decision
You are responsible for deciding whether a financing offer is appropriate for your business.
Fees, commissions and compensation
NorthAxis Capital may receive compensation, commissions, referral fees or other payments from lenders or financing providers in connection with transactions arranged through our brokerage.
In some situations, a separate brokerage, advisory, consulting or placement fee may apply. If NorthAxis Capital charges you a direct fee, that fee should be disclosed in a separate agreement, engagement letter, invoice or other written disclosure.
Lenders may also charge their own fees, including origination, documentation, administration, closing, legal or other transaction-related charges. Those charges are governed by the lender’s documentation.
Email, phone and electronic communications
By providing contact information to NorthAxis Capital, you authorize us to use that information to communicate with you regarding your application, requested financing, documentation, lender responses, servicing matters and related business communications.
Communications may occur by phone, email, SMS or other electronic methods where permitted by applicable law.
Marketing communications may be subject to separate consent or opt-out requirements. You may unsubscribe from commercial electronic messages using the method provided in the message or by contacting us.
Application-related, transaction-related or legally required communications may still be sent where necessary.
